Appointment of a representativeWe will designate a qualified insurance broker to you, who will have the support of all our brokerage services and will be responsible for risk management, so that you can stay in contact with our company.Production of a First ReportWe will write up an initial report that will allow us to become more familiar with your company and propose the approach to undertake as well as the most effective and most avant-garde risk transfer products on the market.Contract negotiationOn the basis of this first report, we will negotiate, both on the national and the international market, the relevant insurance contracts, with a view to securing the best coverage at the most competitive prices and only ever with companies that are 100% solvent. Permanent communicationOnce the corresponding insurance contracts are underwritten, we set up communication channels between the broker and the company to keep up-to-date and/or modify the policies in question, and also monitor any possible loss or claim.
Regular inspections and reportsAt agreed periods of time, we conduct regular, on-site inspections of the risks covered by insurance, and review the validity and the follow-up of the insurance policy. These inspections enable us to write up reports containing technical recommendations, reduction of possible risks and lowering of premiums.
